The last supper
Well, it's come round all too quickly. Or perhaps not, any longer and training in torrential rain would have tested my robust willingness to squeeze in any more training. Any earlier and my special Delhi weightloss regime would have meant a few more re-fueling stops. The long car journey down there will give plenty of time to reflect on those all too gleeful comments of the fantastic cycling weather, rubber rings and embrocation required...

Surrey Sands wishes you a safe and fun journey. We are sorry we are unable to send a representative to greet you at John O'Groats but this is by no means indicative of how much we appreciate what you are doing. It is a very brave challenge to take on so soon after losing Ewan and will undoubtedly be an emotional as well as a physical journey for you, Clare and your families.
To all those who have supported you we offer our heartfelt thanks. The Forget-me-not project will be enourmously boosted by your generosity and be of huge value and comfort to future bereaved parents.
Have a safe journey.
Regards
Lorna Bland
Chairman Surrey Sands
